Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, academic, or organizational purposes.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, and create ephemeral technical copies of your User Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

Where you explicitly opt in, you may grant an additional license for research or model improvement. You can revoke such opt-in prospectively.

Subject to third-party rights and applicable law, we grant you a license to use, reproduce, and modify Outputs for your purposes.

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for evaluating fitness for use and for any decisions made based on Outputs.

• No professional advice: The Services do not provide medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical advice.
• Verification required: Validate important facts with primary sources.
• Sensitive use: Do not use Outputs as the sole basis for diagnoses, treatments, safety-critical systems, or high-risk decisions.

You will not misuse the Services or attempt to harm others or the Services.

• No illegal, infringing, hateful, exploitative, or harassing content.
• No attempts to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
• No scraping at scale, automated collection, or data extraction except via documented APIs with permission.
• No reverse engineering, model extraction, or fingerprinting.
• No uploads of malware or attempts to disrupt or overload infrastructure.

Do not post personal data of others without consent; do not attempt to identify anonymous users.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

The Services may integrate third-party APIs, models, datasets, or content. We are not responsible for third-party terms or availability.

Where applicable, you must comply with relevant third-party terms (e.g., model or API licenses).

We may use or integrate open-source models and components (e.g., DeepSeek-R1-Distill-Qwen-14B). Such components may be provided under separate licenses.

To the extent required, those licenses govern your use of such components.

We may modify the Services or these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the Services or email (if available).

Changes apply prospectively. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

If paid features are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be disclosed separately. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services and associated IP.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you, except as explicitly licensed.

If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us at the address in Operator with details sufficient for us to investigate. We may remove content or disable access at our discretion.

We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk. No system is perfectly secure.

THE SERVICES AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR REPUTATION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR (B) CAD $100.

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of or relating to your User Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or we discontinue the Services.

Upon termination, your rights under these Terms end, except for provisions that by nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits).

You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws. You may not use the Services if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

No waiver of any provision is effective unless in writing and signed by us.
